I am an experienced Manager and Supervisor. I have a wide range of experience in the security industry. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. I have proven leadership skills, involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. First class problem solving skills, Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards. I am honest and trustworthy. I am of smart appearance and have an excellent time keeping record and would like the chance to prove myself to a prospective employer.
Due to my previous long spell of ill health I understand this could be off putting to a lot of employers, but I can assure any prospective employer that my commitment if offered a position within your company would be unprecedented. I am willing to re-train if needed, work trials would also be considered to see if I am up to the position being offered, I would consider volunteering for a few weeks to show a prospective employer my capabilities as an employee within their company, I hold a current and up to date SIA Licence.
